As Creative Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our visual storytelling — leading creative execution across campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and beyond.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and inspire the design and motion output across all channels — from social media to internal comms to product marketing.
• Create best-in-class graphic and motion design assets that are bold, modern, and Wio.
• Turn briefs into compelling, scroll-stopping creative — with a strong brand narrative behind it.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and stakeholders to build integrated, cohesive campaigns that perform.
• Act as a guardian of the Wio brand — upholding consistency, quality, and freshness across every output.
• Own and manage the creative pipeline — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to the highest standard.
• Stay on the pulse of design trends, digital innovation, and cultural movements to keep Wio ahead of the curve.
• Manage agency relationships and participate in RFPs for new tools, platforms, and vendors.
  
  

• A strong creative vision and the ability to lead from concept to execution
• Proven experience in juggling multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and projects — without compromising quality.
• Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to present ideas to senior leadership.
• A collaborative spirit — you love building ideas together, giving constructive feedback, and helping others grow.
• A passion for all things design — with deep attention to detail and a high design standard.
  
  

• UAE National with a valid Family Book (Mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 7–10 years of hands-on design and motion graphics experience — ideally across both agency and in-house teams.
• At least 3 years in a creative leadership or manager role.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design work.
• Bonus points for experience using project/workflow tools (Monday.com, Trello, Asana etc.).
