Job Description

The Corporate HR Executive plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the human resources functions of a corporation. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on management to ensure that the company attracts, retains, and develops the best talent. A Corporate HR Executive is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and driving employee engagement. They work closely with senior management to align HR strategies with the overall business goals. Successful Corporate HR Executives are excellent communicators, problem solvers, and possess strong leadership skills. They have a keen understanding of employment law and are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate goals.
  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve retention rates.
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure competitive offerings in the market.
  • Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Handle employee grievances and mediate disputes to maintain workplace harmony.
  • Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.
  • Administer training and professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Collaborate with management to design and execute succession planning strategies.
  • Maintain and update HR records and personnel files for accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose strategic improvements.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a human resources management role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
