Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in business development within the recruitment or manpower industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR industry trends is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic business plans and drive execution.
