At InterContinental Abu Dhabi, we believe that every memorable stay begins with a warm welcome. We are looking for a courteous, professional, and energetic Bellman to join our Front Office team. If you take pride in hospitality and enjoy making guests feel at home, we invite you to be part of our world-class service experience.

As a Bellman, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests arriving at or leaving the hotel. You’ll assist with luggage, provide directions, and offer a welcoming presence that reflects the luxury and professionalism of the InterContinental brand.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly do:

• Greet all guests warmly on arrival and provide assistance with their luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain room features, and ensure their comfort.
• Handle luggage storage, retrieval, and delivery efficiently.
• Assist with valet parking coordination, taxi arrangements, and directions.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
• Support the Concierge and Front Office team with guest requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby and entrance area.
• Ensure a smooth and positive arrival and departure experience for all guests.
  
  

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a bellman, doorman, or guest services role is preferred.
• Friendly, approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed appearance and confident communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and standing for long periods.
• Strong sense of teamwork and guest service mindset.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is a plus
