Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations based on clients’ skin type and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product usage and techniques to enhance client understanding and attraction.
  • Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and technological advancements in cosmetics.
  • Recommend products to meet clients’ individual needs and beauty goals effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting area to enhance customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
  • Assist clients in selecting the perfect products and shades for specific occasions.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and restock shelves as necessary to prevent shortages.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product presentations and upselling strategies.
  • Train and mentor new staff members on product lines and customer interaction techniques.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
  • Provide feedback to management about customer preferences and sales trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail or customer service within the beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, and beauty product lines and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse clientele.
  • Ability to provide personalized recommendations and establish rapport with clients.

  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactions.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts, weekends, and holiday hours.
