We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager of Logistics Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Logistics Manager in optimizing the efficiency of our logistical operations. Your duties will include coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of goods, managing inventory levels, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.   • Oversee and manage daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient processes and procedures to optimize logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to transportation and logistics.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement in logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination in the supply chain.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with logistics service providers and monitor their performance.
  • Lead a team of logistics professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations to senior management.
  • Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies in logistics operations while maintaining service quality.
  • Respond to and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in logistics operations in a timely manner.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics software.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
