Bakery Helper

This is a hands-on production role. You will be directly involved in making our products — from weighing and preparing ingredients to mixing, forming, baking/processing, cutting and packing.

The most important part of this role is consistency and attention to detail. Our products are made according to specific recipes and processes, and you will be expected to follow them accurately every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce protein bars according to approved recipes and processes
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients for each batch
• Operate basic food-production and bakery equipment
• Mix, process, form, mould and cut products as required
• Bake or process products according to specified temperatures and timings
• Ensure every batch meets the required size, weight, texture and appearance
• Follow production sheets, recipes and batch instructions accurately
• Assist with packing and labelling finished products
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
• Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas
• Follow HACCP and food-safety procedures
