Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor \ PROJECT & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE, who can handle project supervision, client meetings, B.O.Q preparation and sales/business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find new clients and generate business opportunities
- Visit clients and conduct meetings
- Prepare B.O.Q, quotations and project proposals
- Supervise civil maintenance and construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and workers
- Manage site activities and project execution
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, quality and completion
- Follow up with clients for new projects
Requirements:
- Practical experience in civil maintenance/construction
- Good knowledge of B.O.Q and project execution
- Strong client-handling and communication skills
- Sales & marketing/business development experience preferred
- Ability to bring new projects will be an advantage
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- UAE experience preferred
