The Assistant Manager Corporate Sales plays a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of a company's corporate sales department. This position requires a dynamic and proactive individual with a knack for building strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing sales deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Identify and analyze new business opportunities and markets for corporate sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster customer loyalty.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating sales outreach initiatives and activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set performance goals and align on strategy.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to management.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to maintain a leading industry presence.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that protect company interests and maximize profits.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business improvement areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client retention.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales manager in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in corporate sales or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform market research effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
