- Advanced knowledge of concepts and approaches of assessment in medical education
- Advanced knowledge and experience with assessment systems preferably in context of postgraduate specialty education
- Skills and experience in design and organization of assessment systems in context of medical education
- Analytical skills in exam design, management, and evaluation
- Effective communication skills including excellent command of English language
- Competency in training and facilitation of capacity building Recommended training courses
- Training in relevant areas of assessment
- Program evaluation
- MBBS or equivalent qualification in health/humanities
- Doctoral or master’s qualification in medical education
- Advanced training in assessment

Expected Skills
- At least 10 years’ experience in the field of medical education
- Experience in assessment systems in medical education preferably in context of postgraduate specialty education
- Relevant international experience in context of medical education and assessment
