We are seeking a talented and experienced Arabic Chef to join our culinary team and bring the exquisite flavors of Middle Eastern cuisine to our esteemed establishment. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop authentic Arabic recipes that align with the restaurant's theme.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure consistency in food quality.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on Arabic cooking techniques and presentations.
  • Source and maintain inventory of specialty Arabic ingredients and spices.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to innovate and enhance menu offerings.
  • Manage food costs while optimizing ingredient usage and minimizing waste.
  • Prepare and present meals according to the restaurant's standards and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate kitchen activities and monitor timing and flow of dishes.
  • Stay updated on current culinary trends and integrate them with traditional dishes.
  • Conduct regular taste tests to maintain dish quality and authenticate flavors.
  • Organize catering services and special event menus focusing on Arabic cuisine.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Arabic Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Arabic culinary techniques and dishes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards in food presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with kitchen and service staff.
  • A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant.
