Maintain and develop partnerships with other airlines to enhance the Etihad network with incremental capacity on existing routes, capacity access to new routes, increased volume contribution and load factor on existing capacity, with reduced overall cost.
Accountabilities
Work closely with internal stakeholders including commercial team and revenue management to identify and implement new interline agreements to generate incremental revenue either from access to additional capacity or incremental volume feed onto Etihad capacity.
Follow-up on agreed rates and capacity with the partnership airline that ensure the agreement is effective.
Track and monitor interline agreement revenue performance and conduct regular interline agreement review and renewals to ensure optimum portfolio of interline agreement.
Ensure the partnerships and alliances team operate in compliance with internal audit, finance and key stakeholder governance requirements. Ensure the team is fully aware of and comply with ATI restrictions.
Follow-up and implement service level agreements with partner capacity to deliver high service level consistency and performance manage partner service delivery through regular reviews.
Work closely with revenue accounts to ensure interline billing and revenue reporting is at all times accurate and any problems are resolved quickly.

Education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferably business or transport management related
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial aviation preferably air cargo related
Knowledge of the aviation industry is an advantage
