Summary Of The Role

Administrator - PRO Services

Working at Abu Dhabi, UAE

This position requires a thorough understanding of UAE government procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain effective relationships with government authorities. The role is responsible for managing all government-related administrative processes, ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include visa processing, labor permit management, and securing the necessary licenses and approvals to support seamless business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to proactively address and resolve issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Process new work permits, renewals, and amendments as required.
  • Coordinate the issuance of all visa categories, including employment, mission, and visit visas.
  • Ensure timely renewal of employee visas to maintain legal compliance.
  • Arrange CICPA passes for employees and equipment; manage renewals, cancellations, and amendments as requested.
  • Coordinate medical examinations and Tawjeeh training for visa processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for employees, including visa, passport, Emirates ID, and legal documentation.
  • Renew trade licenses and Chamber of Commerce memberships; ensure updates with relevant ministries and departments.
  • Manage the renewal of operating licenses and operating cards for Mammoet equipment.
  • Update accommodation details in ZonesCorp and relay necessary feedback to Immigration and the Ministry of Labour.
  • Oversee vehicle-related tasks, including inspection, registration renewal, transfer, and export in coordination with the Traffic Department.
  • Obtain all necessary police and transport permits for heavy equipment movement across all emirates.
  • Liaise with government bodies such as Licensing Authorities, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department, Police, Customs, Civil Defense, Department of Health, Department of Transport, Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, and Ministry of Defense to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Advise management on legal and regulatory requirements based on updates from relevant authorities.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management.


What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a government relations role within the UAE
  • Proficient in Arabic and English.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, government department and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to respond quickly to changes or unexpected situations.
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant government portals in UAE.
