Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Inspection Manager to lead and manage inspection activities for lifting and safety equipment across ADNOC oil & gas projects. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership and project management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a LEEA-certified professional with in-depth knowledge of ADNOC standards, ISO compliance, and ENAS accreditation processes, along with a proven track record in managing inspection teams and delivering high-standard results on large-scale projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee inspection projects for lifting equipment (cranes, hoists, slings) and safety equipment, ensuring compliance with ADNOC, ISO, and international standards.

  • Lead and mentor a team of inspectors, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and team performance across all inspection activities.

  • Coordinate preparation for ENAS audits, manage QMS documentation, and maintain calibration and inspection records.

  • Review and verify third-party inspection reports and certificates and ensure proper documentation and traceability across all equipment.

  • Collaborate with HSE, Operations, and Maintenance departments to integrate inspection programs into site-wide safety practices.

  • Investigate equipment-related incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.

  • Identify and recommend improvements to inspection procedures, tools, and reporting systems, including the use of digital platforms.

  • Take ownership of full project lifecycle for inspection-related scopes, including planning, execution, reporting, and team coordination.

  • Explore and open new scopes of work, including Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), offshore inspection services, and other value-added inspection capabilities to support operational expansion.

  • Ensure readiness and compliance for all offshore mobilizations, including documentation, logistics, and HSE requirements.


Required Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Safety, or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of inspection experience in the oil & gas sector, preferably within ADNOC or similar environments.

LEEA Certified (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 standards and experience with ENAS accreditation.

Proven ability to manage multi-site inspection projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Familiarity with inspection management software and digital reporting tools.
