We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Corporate Services Senior Associate to support the delivery of corporate services for a broad range of regional and international clients across the Middle East. This role plays a critical part in managing company formations, corporate governance, and compliance matters, ensuring client expectations are met to the highest standards.

You will act as a key point of contact for clients, lawyers, and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution of requests in line with local laws, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and bring deep knowledge of UAE regulatory authorities such as ADGM, DIFC, and various Free Zones, we’d love to hear from you.


Your New Role

This list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs:


Client Services & Operations

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and legal representatives, facilitating services such as company formation, share transfers, amendments, liquidations, and statutory changes

Deliver accurate and timely processing of license applications, powers of attorney, corporate secretarial work, and outsourced CSP services

Liaise with government authorities (e.g., ADGM, DED, DIFC, DMCC, MOE) for approvals, renewals, and filings, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

Assist with corporate bank account openings and manage translation and attestation processes as required

Maintain accurate and up-to-date company registers, statutory records, minute books, share certificates, and internal databases


Corporate Governance & Documentation

Provide Company Secretary support to client entities, including holding board meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and ensuring timely filings

Review, draft, and amend statutory documents as needed; maintain a database of current precedent documents

Ensure quality control in all transactional deliverables, adopting a "right first time" approach

Attend client meetings (in person or virtual) and resolve issues proactively, escalating non-standard risks or concerns where appropriate


Compliance, Research & Knowledge Management

Maintain expert knowledge of ADGM and other local jurisdictions, including regulations governing company formation, licensing, and nominee structures

Conduct legal and regulatory research to support client work and contribute to internal training and updates

Monitor legislative changes and prepare relevant internal or client-facing updates, articles, and reports


Internal Collaboration & Relationship Management

Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., PROs, Legal, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and foster strong interdepartmental relationship

Support internal documentation practices, filing systems, workflows, and regular data reviews

Contribute to internal training sessions, mentoring new joiners where applicable


Commercial Awareness & Representation

Demonstrate commercial awareness and alignment with the firm’s client-first philosophy and core values

Log and track client requests efficiently and ensure all work aligns with service level agreements and risk mitigation protocols

Represent the business at client meetings and corporate events, acting as a professional ambassador for the brand


What will you need to succeed in this role?

As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team. As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:


  • ADGM Corporate Service Provider Experience
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in client facing senior role with Corporate Service Provider or Professional Service Provider in the UAE
  • Company Secretary experience
  • Analytical approach to quickly assess client potential and requirements.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Regulated ADGM Entity experience (desirable)
  • Arabic preferred and other language skills (desirable)
  • UAE Company Law experience (desirable)
