Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC system maintenance and management required.
• Profound knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry-standard practices.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve minor HVAC malfunctions.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
