Re Engineering of Existing Siemens / Non-Siemens MV Breakers, Panels & create a complete Manufacturing document including Bill of Material, General Arrangement Drawings, Assembly Drawings, Component Level Drawings etc. as per Siemens Design Guidelines. Basic knowledge of dimensioning of components and conductors within the MV/LV Switchboards. Proper knowledge of selection of material & various surface treatments required in switchgear industry.

Conduct Site Visit at various locations Within India for measurement of existing Siemens / Non-Siemens MV Circuit Breaker & Panels.

Creation of drawings in 3D CAD Software (Preferred in NX and AutoCAD)

Prepares and checks assembly drawings, detailed drawings, manufacturing sketches, layouts, inspection data and bill of materials per design specifications following drawing/ modeling, Team center & SAP guidelines

Support design lead to evaluate non-conformance reports and defines further measures & Troubleshooting for manufacturing deviations and field issues.

Communication within the engineering to define required hardware scope on a site-specific basis within defined boundary conditions

Performs studies to ensure proper form, fit, and function of parts and/or assemblies

Basic Knowledge about IEC Standards related to MV Switchgear System & G & TD

Familiar with Manufacturing Processes/Material Standards, measuring and test equipment.

Diploma Mechanical with 2-3 years of experience in relevant experience in Retrofit Designs.

Excellent spatial sense and general design knowledge regarding busbar, Machining component & welded design

Excellent knowledge about manufacturing specific design. Knowledge about additive manufacturing is beneficial.

Excellent skills in NX and Auto CAD Software

Advanced skills in MS-Office, SAP, Teamcenter

Very good verbal, written and virtual communication skills
