📋 ABOUT THE ROLE

On-site Operations Specialist

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented On-site Operations Specialist who will ensure smooth day-to-day operations across people, processes, and facilities. You’ll be the single point of accountability for ensuring that onsite functions (administration, compliance, vendor management, and office coordination) run seamlessly and support business growth.


💰 Salary: ₹2,40,000 INR / year

📍 Location: On-site

🛠 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Office & Facilities Management: Ensure a productive and well-maintained office environment, including supplies, vendor coordination, and infrastructure support.
  • Process Execution: Implement and monitor SOPs for daily operations, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • People Operations Support: Assist HR in onboarding/offboarding, maintaining attendance/leave systems, and supporting employee engagement activities.
  • Finance & Admin Support: Coordinate reimbursements, petty cash, vendor payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain records, and handle statutory or local regulations where required.
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as the onsite bridge between different teams, ensuring smooth information flow and timely issue resolution.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly operational updates for leadership, highlighting risks, blockers, and improvements.
  • Scalable Processes: Design and execute repeatable operational processes that can be expanded as the company grows.

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Operations / Administration / HR support
  • OR MBA Freshers with strong interest in business operations
  • Strong MS Office/Google Suite skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities


🕘 AVAILABILITY

  • Full-time (Monday to Friday) (8 hrs/day, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
