To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Engineer – Quality located in Sriperumbudur

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Implement Incoming Quality Assurance in the manufacturing processes per customer requirement
• Monitor the Supplier Performance in the Production and Improve the part Quality
• Must Ensure there is no material under Inspection hold more than 4 Hours in the IQA
• Should Conduct audit at Suppliers end according to Flex Supplier Quality Requirement
• Review the supplier performance quarterly and provide rating as per Flex Process
• Schedule a Weekly Cadence with critical suppliers to review their performance
• Drive supplier for the RMA and Control the MRB Inventory within a week
• Closely work with supplier for the RCA and CAPA for the material issues
• Must Interface with customers on technical/quality issues and improvement issues
• Work with CFT for the Preliminary analysis of material issues and drive suppliers for Improvement
• Should have knowledge on quality tools and should be from SMT background
• Collaborate with customers for the supplier Quality Improvement drive
• Implement Kaizen in respective work area for the continuous Improvement
• Work with supplier for the Part Issues claim (CMT) and retrieve the COPQ.
• Maintain process compliance and work on quality improvements in their own area of work
  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• Graduates with 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Excellent team player able to work with other functions to bring results
• Strong Decision-making skills
• Preferably Diploma / BE / B.Tech
• Candidates from EMS background are preferred
• Candidates should be from SMT background
• Good Communication and Team handling experience is a must
• Ability to lead shift operations
