We are looking for a passionate and organized individual to take on the role of Toys Coordinator. This is your chance to be part of a meaningful initiative that brings joy to children and supports communities in need.

Specific Accountabilities

• Toy Sorting & Quality Control: Implement an efficient system to sort toy donations promptly, ensuring only high-quality, functional toys are distributed.
• Volunteer & Staff Support: Provide clear induction and ongoing communication to support volunteers and staff involved in the program.
• Stock Management: Monitor and organize incoming toy donations to maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Hamper Preparation: Assemble toy hampers that are age and gender appropriate for families.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Toys and Tucker team members to ensure smooth program operations.
• Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by following WHS practices and participating in safety activities.
  
  

About You

• Well organised with an attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of toy categories i.e.: age and gender appropriate
• Previous experience training and supervising volunteers highly regarded
• Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) required
