Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Developer (Technical Consultant) with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), AX, and X++ development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical solutions, performing customization and integration work, and supporting ongoing projects through all stages of the application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 F&O, AX 2012, and X++
• Customize and extend D365 applications based on business requirements
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC - requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand technical requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide post-go-live support
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports, data entities, and batch jobs
• Integrate D365 with third-party systems via APIs, OData, and custom services
• Perform data migration activities using Data Management Framework (DMF)
• Prepare technical documentation including solution design and user manuals
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and delivery
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics AX (preferably AX) and D365 F&O
• Strong proficiency in X++ development
• Hands-on experience with D365 technical architecture, extensions, and over-layering concepts
• Good understanding of Data Entities, DMF, and LCS
• Proficient in SSRS, REST/OData APIs, and integrations
• Familiar with Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
