Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Hard Data Validation /Maintenance of DC project
- Maintaining Hard Records
- Delivery challan and e-way bill preparation
- Shipment receiving / POD confirmation from site
- Material sheet update of ongoing project
- FOC material acknowledgment copy from various sites
- Supplier follow up-Class C Items
- Shipments from Sites - Final DG dispatch DC & E-way bill
- Dispatch Documents maintenance
- FOC material dispatch to site as per site requirement
- Site - FOC material Tracking
- Vehicle Tracking Reports
- Commodity folder update
- Co-ordination & Presence at Packager facility during Final shipment
- Graduate, preferably in graduate in any stream with above mentioned experience will be acceptable.
- 2-3 years’ Work experience of similar nature as described above.
- Must have experience of Supply Chain department
