We’re seeking a Product Owner – Engagement, CMS Platform to build and scale the platform capabilities that power Western Union’s Content Network. You will own the CMS roadmap—focusing on scalability, usability, and global enablement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about platform thinking, self-serve enablement, and building systems that make great content possible.
Role Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the CMS platform backlog, focusing on scalability, self-service, and performance.
- Define and deliver capabilities for personalization, corridor activation, and multi-market content delivery.
- Partner with engineering, design, and regional teams to enable faster, more flexible content execution.
- Drive adoption, governance, and best practices across content operations and publishing workflows.
- Ensure platform reliability, compliance, and continuous performance improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to reduce dependencies and accelerate time-to-market for content.
Role Requirements
- Overall, 7-12 years of experience along with 3-5 years of relevant years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in CMS, Martech, or platform products.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise CMS systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful, Sitecore, or similar).
- Familiarity with content architecture, APIs, and localization frameworks.
- Experience delivering multi-market or multilingual content solutions.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Agile product management and backlog tools like Jira.
