Work Description

This is a full-time, on-site work from office (no field work) role based in Pune, where you’ll be an integral part of our Sales Team, converting leads into enrollments and driving business growth.

Work Responsibilities

Conduct professional video calls with prospective students.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Collaborate and learn by attending training sessions and staying updated on market trends and competitors.

Build strong relationships through follow-ups, personalized support, and a solution-oriented approach—while maintaining a polished appearance in blazer during all video calls.

Work Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Excellent convincing and sales skills.
• A willingness to thrive in a target-driven, B2C sales environment.
• Candidates should hold Graduation degree or awaiting for final semester exams.
• Must have your own laptop.

Weekly off: 1st & 3rd Weeks: Monday and Tuesday (5 days Working) | 2nd, 4th & 5th Weeks: Only Tuesday (6 days working)

CTC: 6.45LPA (3.36 LPA Fixed + 2.40 LPA Incentives & Rewards + 69k Other benefits)

Note: Initial 3 months will be a Prohibition period where a team member will be getting Fixed Rs. 15k In-hand Salary + Incentives (as mentioned above).
