Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve set sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned sales territory or industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the field.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with clients to present and promote products or services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals by addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the best customer experience and maximize sales potential.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to generate leads.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding market and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar sales role, ideally in the same industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Availability to travel frequently within designated sales area, if required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software applications.
