Duties And Responsibilities

• Structuring, drafting and negotiating of documentation.
• Advise on legal issues relating to consumer lending, credit cards, insurance, and other retail lending products and services.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of agreements relating to outsourcing, service provider, collaboration NDA’s, drafts relating digital initiatives etc.
• Prepare standard documentation templates, review and update the same from time to time.
• Drafting and vetting of T&C’s relating promotional offers.
• Advise the business team on legal issues and risks based on the applicable laws, regulatory guidelines and company’s policy.
• Co-ordinate with Inhouse Legal team of Bajaj Finance Limited for any advise/opinion on varied matters.
• Provide timely and sound advice on legal and contractual issues to internal clients on day to day basis.
  
  
  

• Experience in contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Existing proficiency in Microsoft Office software products including Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Should have worked in a process oriented environment.
• 4 years PQE, preferably in Banking & Finance Industry or any Corporate.
