Business Process Expert - Plan to Produce

You Responsibilities

• Analyze the current process landscape, identify pain points, and drive global harmonization, automation, simplification, and optimization
• Support the Business Process Owner (BPO) throughout the transformation process to ensure sustainable end-to-end processes and performance
• Define IT specifications for process improvements, collaborate closely with IT, and test system changes
• Drive and support global rollouts, communication, and user training to ensure adoption and efficiency
• Safeguard adherence to Business Process Management governance, documentation, and compliance standards
• Promote data flow and systems integration through cross-functional alignment
• Foster a mindset of continuous improvement across the organization
• Ensure cost reductions and efficiency gains through process optimization
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support change initiatives
• Manage complex problem-solving and proactively suggest improvements
• Measure and monitor process performance during execution
  
  

Our Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment
• Strong process and system understanding with end-to-end thinking
• Affinity with the business, in the area of responsibility
• Proven ability to translate business needs into process changes and process changes into IT requirements
• Experience in testing system functionalities and implementing improvements
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver process/system trainings
• Proven project management skills and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
• Expertise in SAP S4H within the relevant process domain (mandatory); experience with satellite solutions is an advantage
• Strong discipline in governance, documentation, and compliance
• Affinity for agile working methods (beyond traditional waterfall approaches)
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset, with strong stakeholder/change management experience
• Fluency in English (C2 Level); German, Spanish or Mandarin are an asset
• Willingness to travel up to 35% to Datwyler sites worldwide
