Apprentice - Finance EITC

What You’ll Do

This role provides broad exposure to core financial operations. It offers hands-on experience with Oracle Financials and Oracle Planning software, active involvement in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), mentorship from seasoned professionals, and opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively support day-to-day finance operations.
• Analyze actual versus rolling forecasts/profit plans and provide timely variance explanations.
• Manage invoice coding and processing.
• Develop and maintain various data reports; ensure timely execution of scheduled reporting.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Prepare reports detailing vendor outstanding dues.
• Create and present various financial presentations.
• Drive and support process improvement initiatives.
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce.
• 0–2 years of experience finance
  
  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent numerical and negotiation skills.
• High level of accountability and ownership.
• Effective team collaboration and contribution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
