Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring and motivating team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles and practical experience in implementing modular, maintainable architecture
• Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical challenges, troubleshooting issues, and guiding the team through complex solutions
• Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, such as product management and other engineering teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of features, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Code Review: Ensuring code quality by conducting through code reviews and providing feedback
• Continuous Improvement: Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvements within team and company.
• Identify technical debt and areas of improvement, implementing solutions to enhance code quality and maintainability
