THE OPPORTUNITY

The Professional Services Team’s mission is to successfully deliver our unique and configurable solution to customers and support our Partner community with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. Our team of nearly twenty experts is very hands-on with a strong mindset of problem solving while also having the ability to think of the implementation holistically and provide solutions that solve the customer’s long-term challenges.

Role

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for an Implementation Specialist for our Professional Services department. You will be reporting to the Manager, Professional Services and will be involved in implementation and configuration of the product on the customer platform. You will be responsible for web-based software deployment processes and configuring the solutions from the user interface, using all configuration tools available in the platform.

What You Will Do With Us

• Leverage SQL Server to solve technical issues or perform advanced configurations.
• Configure workflows, alerts, reports, ETL and more.
• Manage data loads, perform data integrity checks.
• Contribute to cutover activities and testing efforts.
• Debug technical issues, provide root cause analysis and resolve defects.
• Support partners by reviewing configuration and communication with the customers by providing feedback.
• Perform deliveries to manage environment synchronization.
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in web-based software development and software configuration
• Solid SQL experience required
• Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement is a plus
  
  

Soft Skills

• BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent. Procurement domain will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (this position will be working with teams across other continents),results oriented, autonomous, problem solver and self-driven.
• Some travel may be necessary (~15%)
