Job Description
- Responsible for developing, planning and executing new product marketing plans. 負責新產品行銷企劃案之撰寫、規劃與執行。
- Develop product launch project plans, define goals and timelines, manage project resources and progress, and coordinate cross-departmental teamwork. 制定產品上市專案計劃，明確目標和時程, 管理專案資源和進度，協調跨部門部團隊合作。
- Collect competitor product from market intelligence, plan company product position in market, make and analysis marketing, pricing strategies and gross profit margins analysis. 蒐集競爭產品的市場情報，並擬定產品在市場定位、分析行銷策略、價格策略、毛利分析。
- Develop product promotion plan, improve products and gather feedback. 發展推廣產品的計劃、改良產品並蒐集回饋意見。
- Plan and make advertising and marketing plans, and control advertising budgets and expenses. 規劃和擬定廣告行銷計劃，並控制廣告之製作預算及費用。
- Assist in developing sales strategies and improving sales performance. 協助制訂業務銷售策略及改進銷售成績。
- Fully understand the companys business and industry characteristics, and develop customized plans based on customer requirements. 充分理解公司業務及行業特點，結合客戶要求以制定個別方案。
- Plan and design marketing system, flow and tools. 規劃與設計行銷系統、流程和工具。
- Response customer product technical support. 回應客戶產品技術支援。
- Support to design oversee the procurement & logistic, sale channel management, and inventory management …etc. mechanism. 協助設計海外採購和物流管理、銷售渠道管理、進銷存貨管理等制度。
- Support the planning of various business projects. 支援各項專案之企劃工作
