ServiceNow SPM Process Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Process Consultant to join our team on an immediate basis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in leading workshops, gathering and freezing requirements, and facilitating client engagement specifically for SPM implementations on the ServiceNow Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end requirement workshops with stakeholders to gather, validate, and finalize functional requirements for SPM.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.
• Drive approval of user stories by engaging with business and technical stakeholders.
• Actively engage clients during workshopsfacilitating conversations, asking the right questions, and
  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers to ensure
  
  

• Provide thought leadership and process consulting for SPM best practices and configurations.
• Ensure alignment between the clients business goals and ServiceNow SPM capabilities.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of configured Skills & Experience :
• 6 to 9 years of overall experience with a minimum of 3+ years in ServiceNow SPM consulting.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules such as Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Innovation Management.
• Strong experience in workshop facilitation, requirement elicitation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in writing clear, concise, and client-approved user stories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive outcomes with minimal Qualifications :
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist SPM (preferred)
• Prior experience in client-facing consulting roles
• Exposure to ITBM, ITSM, or other ServiceNow modules is a plus
