Job Description

As our HR MIS & Reporting Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the global HR function, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reports, dashboards, and data analysis. In this role you will empower data-driven decision-making by ensuring structured and meaningful HR reporting across diverse geographies. Through a strong analytical lens and attention to detail, the you will help translate complex data into actionable insights that support strategic HR initiatives worldwide.

Please be aware that this role will require someone who is able to cover rotational shifts to cover global business hours for Australia, Asia, UK/EMEA, New Zealand and the Americas. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, generate, and maintain HR dashboards that provide insights into headcount, attrition, hiring trends, and other key metrics
  • Prepare employee headcount and workforce composition reports for global business units
  • Deliver accurate and timely annual leave, absenteeism, and leave balance reports in coordination with regional policies
  • Support regulatory and compliance reporting needs by generating standard reports in line with local labor laws
  • Manage ad-hoc data requests from internal HR stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Perform trend and variance analysis on HR data to support workforce planning and strategic HR decisions
  • Ensure data integrity across reports by validating inputs from Workday and other HR tools
  • Partner with HRBPs and leadership to understand reporting requirements and enhance existing reporting frameworks


You’ll be perfect for the role if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR reporting, data analysis, or HR shared services environment
  • Experience working with HR systems and HR metrics in a multi-country or global context
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory reporting will be a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, salesforce)
  • Knowledge of Workday reporting or similar HRIS reporting tools is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large data sets and extract meaningful insights
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle if preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential data with high integrity and discretion
