Corporate Lawyer - LLB LLM

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advice & Guidance:

• Provide strategic legal counsel on a wide range of corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal implications of business decisions.
  
  

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including vendor contracts, NDAs, service agreements, and partnership deals.
• Ensure contract terms align with legal standards and business objectives.
  
  

• Manage the legal aspects of M&A transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate restructuring activities.
• Conduct legal due diligence and support post-merger Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Design and implement internal compliance policies and training programs.
  
  

• Represent the company in legal proceedings including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
• Coordinate with external counsel and manage dispute resolution strategies.
  
  

• Oversee registration and protection of intellectual property assets such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Handle infringement issues and licensing agreements.
  
  

• Advise on board governance, regulatory filings, and shareholder rights.
• Ensure corporate policies and bylaws are up to date and compliant.
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB); Masters degree (LLM) preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a corporate or MNC environment.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
