Job Description

Key Lead, mentor, and motivate the customer service team to achieve performance goals.

  • Manage daily customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports to assess team effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and resolve systemic issues.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service aligned with company and Skills:
  • Proven experience in Customer Service Management and Customer Support.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is an advantage.
  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
