About the Position:

The Associate Trainer will have the responsibility of supporting the execution of the new hire training program, as well as supporting employees on the Ready for Allocation Team (RFA). The RFA team is comprised of employees waiting to join their client team that have just completed new hire training or are in transition between clients. The position will be highly focused on providing feedback to new joiners, as well as delivering programs designed to foster a positive learning and work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review and provide meaningful feedback of work completed by those in New Hire Training and those on the Ready for Allocation Team.
  • Assist trainers and training managers in delivering meaningful and impactful training sessions during company orientation and New Hire Training
  • Assist with RFA team transitions, programming, and deliver professional development opportunities to encourage continuous learning and development
  • Develop and create engaging training content and materials
  • Support the organizations employees in developing awareness, comfort, and confidence to address and champion equity in all aspects of the organization.
  • Foster and support a culture of continuous feedback and growth by creating active feedback loops to ensure we are thoughtfully scaling our culture and processes as we grow.
  • Lead and organize internal efforts to produce live, virtual, and hybrid events that provide meaningful experiences for employees.
  • Work alongside organizational leaders to build a high-performance culture that promotes collaboration and respect across levels, teams, programs, and services.
  • Develop and execute communications strategies and campaigns to increase employee engagement of corporate brand, mission, and vision through career progression opportunities


Qualifications:

  • One year of AML / KYC related experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly collaborative, able to express ideas readily, manage change fluidly, able to influence and identify opportunities
  • Technical proficiency of Microsoft Suite
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to influence and connect people to resources to drive department ojectives
