Job Description

This role serves as the primary resource for the development, management, and administration of solutions built using Microsoft Power Platform tools—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI—within the Banking Cash Solutions (BCS) domain. The individual will also be responsible for SharePoint development, ensuring seamless integration with Power Platform components.

> Develop, maintain and support ongoing for BCS inventory of SharePoint sites across the Banking and Cash Solutions (BCS). Work closely with teams across BCS to understand business requirements and drive the MS SharePoint/Power Platform solution to meet these needs efficiently.

> Maintain current support (if broken) Data bases and provide support/analysis for transition to Technology or SharePoint solution.

> Ongoing maintenance and development of the Service Provider and Oversight Tool (created on the MS Power platform), used to perform scheduling, tracking and reporting of compliance assessments.

> Provide system administration for Bank Ops Risk tool (tool used for audit and critical to BCS health of Business)

> Coach and/or troubleshoot with BCS partners on SharePoint, PowerBI, MS PowerApps. > Continue to stay up-to-date on latest technology and information technology standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree from a reputed university with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience

Expert knowledge and experience developing/working with SharePoint (including SharePoint Designer and InfoPath)

Expert knowledge and experience in MS Power Tool suite (Power BI, Apps and Automate) and DAX.

Strong experience with MS Excel and Access

Knowledge of Application Development lifecycle; strong systems analysis skills

Strong inter-personal and communication skills

Highly organized and able to work on multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands on knowledge of Power app and Power automate tool

Knowledge of developing Power BI reporting utilizing various data sources like relational databases, Excel and SharePoint

Knowledge of Ameriprise Data Lake environments and sharepoint site

Knowledge of SQL, AWS Athena, and other development protocols

Knowledge of at least one programming language - Python preferred.
