We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer – AVP to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality engineering principles, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to lead and mentor junior engineers. The Senior Quality Engineer – AVP will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, and driving performance improvements across all departments. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols aligning with industry standards.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives across departments to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Mentor and coach junior quality engineering staff on best practices and methodologies.
  • Analyze quality metrics to provide actionable insights for process enhancements.
  • Lead root cause analysis for product failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop training materials and conduct quality workshops for staff development.
  • Draft and review technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in quality engineering.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate quality standards and updates.
  • Ensure all quality engineering activities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quality management software tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
  • Certification in Quality Engineering (e.g., CQE) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and quality improvement techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
