Job Description

The Senior Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s growth and market expansion. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strategic mindset. The executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading negotiations to close high-value deals. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the Senior Business Development Executive will develop and execute strategies to achieve corporate goals and ensure the company remains competitive in the industry. A successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record in business development.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to diversify the company's client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas of growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align business development strategies with sales goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve business strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support post-sale.
  • Track and report business development metrics to senior management.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development staff to improve team performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in business development or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
