Job Description

A Sales Executive in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of a company’s product lines. In this dynamic and competitive industry, the Sales Executive must possess exceptional communication skills, deep product knowledge, and a strategic mindset to identify opportunities and close deals effectively. Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently each quarter.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape effectively.
  • Present and demonstrate products to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for the company.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to network and prospect.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client inputs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide excellent post-sale support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in FMCG sales or related industry experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to drive sales success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
