Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets by managing schedules, coordinating sales activities, and providing administrative support. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience from the initial contact through to support after a sale. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen on contributing to the success of the sales function.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team schedules and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Prepare and distribute sales proposals, agreements, and reports as required.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentation materials and organizing sales meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact for urgent customer inquiries and service issues.
  • Liaise between the sales team and other internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Track sales targets and ensure team members achieve their individual goals.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve sales processes and services.
  • Ensure all sales orders are processed in a timely manner and comply with company policies.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with finance department for invoicing and payment processing tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role for at least 2 years.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on service excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
