The Financial Operations Analyst – CSD & Ops is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of financial systems, particularly within the Central Securities Depository (CSD) and broader operations team. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage financial data, perform transactional analyses, and support various financial processes. The successful candidate will contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance within operations. They will engage closely with stakeholders including finance, operations, compliance, and external partners to implement best practices and improve financial processing systems. This role will also involve the development and monitoring of key performance indicators to optimize operations and boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage financial data related to Central Securities Depository operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in handling financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and experience with financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
• Experience with Central Securities Depository systems, procedures, or similar operations preferred.
