Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and set up according to standards.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with patience and professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and service flow.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for resupply to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in food and beverage service roles.

• Knowledge of food sanitation and safety practices, including health regulations.
