As a Data Entry Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing the company's database by entering, updating, and verifying critical information. Your primary goal is to ensure high accuracy and confidentiality of the data handled. You will be responsible for managing data in various applications and software systems. Responsibilities

  • Enter and update accurate data into databases and systems consistently and timely.
  • Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Organize, store, and securely manage sensitive data and information comprehensively.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled within the role.
  • Assist in generating reports and analysis from the data as required by management.
  • Provide support to staff with data-related requests and questions effectively.
  • Adopt continuous improvement practices to enhance data entry efficiency and accuracy.
  • Keep abreast of new data entry technologies and software to enhance productivity.
  • File documents physically or electronically for ease of data retrieval and access.
  • Support auditing processes by preparing and submitting relevant data and reports.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve data entry and management skills regularly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
  • Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in work.
  • Proficient in typing and experience with data entry software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
