Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions in CRM systems.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to processes and company standards.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new customer service representatives.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and promote growth and learning.
  • Handle return and exchange requests in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in various situations.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
