  • Update customer accounts with necessary information while ensuring data privacy compliance.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for service improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and FAQs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service skills.
  • Contribute ideas to team meetings aimed at improving customer service standards.
  • Handle returns and product exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management software.
  • A polite, friendly, and professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude.
  • The ability to work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
