Job Description

A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) acts as the main liaison between a company and its clients, ensuring that customer needs are understood and addressed in a timely and effective manner. As a CRE, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, offering prompt and professional solutions to their queries, and enhancing their overall experience with the brand. Your communication skills will be critical as you interact with clients through various channels to understand their needs and provide the necessary support to keep them satisfied and loyal. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and retention, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Address customer issues and resolve them in an efficient manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer queries and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers’ needs are met.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely follow-ups are maintained.
  • Analyze customer trends to improve sales and service strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer interaction, feedback, and satisfaction.
  • Host and attend client meetings to drive engagement and retention.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to expand the customer relationship.
  • Liaise with sales teams to promote specific product offerings to customers.
  • Provide accurate product information and conduct training for clients.
  • Maintain customer data confidentiality according to company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage critical customer issues professionally.
