Job Description

A Customer Relations Officer plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and enhancing customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
