As an Account Executive, you will be a vital link between our company and its clients. Your primary role involves establishing and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating the seamless delivery of services. You will play a crucial part in sales strategy formulation, client retention, and satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns promptly.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer engagement efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenues.
  • Identify potential opportunities within the client portfolio to drive growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that communicate the value proposition effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage client expectations by providing timely updates and solutions.
  • Report on account status and provide forecast updates to senior management.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Participate in industry events and seminars to network and promote brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a client-focused, sales-oriented role.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closure.
  • Excellent negotiation and client-facing communication skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaboratively with various teams.
