Job Description
At Neutral Digital were looking for a 3D Artist to join our team.
About The Job
- Model 3D assets for use in interactive applications and prototypes
- Follow asset specifications and naming conventions
- Assist in scene layout and basic environment assembly
- Prepare UV maps and apply base materials
- Support render prep or engine export tasks
- Take feedback constructively and revise assets accordingly
- Work closely with senior artists and technical leads
- Maintain organized, clean files in version-controlled systems
- Basic proficiency in Blender or similar 3D software
- Understanding of modelling, UVs, and low/mid-poly workflows
- Willingness to learn to navigate engine tools like Unreal or Unity
- Good communication and collaboration habits
- Awareness of real-time rendering limitations
- Eye for shape, proportion, and surface detail
- Basic knowledge of file optimisation and export
- Organised and detail-oriented work approach
